Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Riffraff finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original tags are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued via email.
