How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items are final sale.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate unique pieces, we also include 'Fit Notes' in the description to let you know if an item runs small, large, or true to size.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Riffraff ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement, and we will do our best to accommodate changes.
